BlenderGPT is operated by Grass Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name through our authentication provider (WorkOS).
Billing information: If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits, payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We store your subscription status, plan type, and billing period. We do not store credit card numbers or payment method details.
Content you provide: This includes text prompts, uploaded reference images, and the 3D meshes generated from them. We also process conversations with the assistant, which may include text messages and image attachments.
Usage data: We track events such as when you start or complete a generation, download the Blender addon, connect Blender, or encounter an error. This helps us monitor service health and improve the product.
Blender addon data: When you connect Blender to BlenderGPT, the addon communicates with our servers to receive generated meshes and execute scene modifications. We do not access or collect your Blender project files, scene data, or any content beyond what you explicitly send through the assistant.
Analytics: We use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how people use the website and app. This includes page views, feature usage, and session information. PostHog is configured to only track identified users.
We do not use your prompts, images, generated models, or any content you create through BlenderGPT to train AI models. Your creative work is yours. Content is processed only to fulfill your requests and is not used for any other purpose.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (AWS US West via Supabase, Cloudflare R2). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow standard security practices to protect your information. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We use an HTTP-only cookie to maintain your login session. PostHog and Google Analytics may use cookies or local storage to track usage across sessions. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings without affecting the core functionality of the app.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, generation history, and uploaded content. Some anonymized, aggregated data (such as total generation counts) may be retained for analytics purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
BlenderGPT is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
