Terms of Service

BlenderGPT is operated by Grass Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using BlenderGPT ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What BlenderGPT Is

BlenderGPT is an AI-powered 3D assistant for Blender. It lets you generate 3D meshes from text descriptions or reference images, interact with a conversational assistant, and send generated assets directly into your Blender scene through our addon. The service includes a web application and a Blender addon that communicate with our servers.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use BlenderGPT. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we delete your personal information, generation history, and uploaded content as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Plans, Credits, and Billing

BlenderGPT offers free credits for new users, paid subscription plans (Hobby and Pro), and one-time credit packs. Details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

• Free trial: New users receive free credits to try the service. No credit card is required.
• Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
• Credits: Each generation consumes credits. Unused credits on subscription plans reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment method details.

4. Your Content

You own what you create. Text prompts you write, images you upload, and 3D models generated through the Service belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

We do not train on your content. Your prompts, images, and generated models are not used to train AI models. They are processed solely to fulfill your requests.

Deletion: When you delete content or your account, we remove your prompts, uploaded images, and generated assets from our systems. Some anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics but cannot be linked back to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlenderGPT to:

• Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or violent content
• Create content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
• Attempt to circumvent safety filters or content moderation
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

We use automated content moderation to detect and block prohibited content. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. AI-Generated Output

BlenderGPT uses AI to generate 3D models, preview images, and assistant responses. AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before using it in production work. We do not guarantee that generated content is free of errors, artifacts, or unintended characteristics.

7. Blender Addon

The BlenderGPT addon connects your local Blender instance to our servers. It receives generated meshes and can execute scene modifications on your behalf (such as placing objects in your scene). The addon does not upload your Blender project files, existing scene data, or any content you have not explicitly sent through the assistant. You can disconnect the addon at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep BlenderGPT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our content policy
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures
• Abuse the Service or its infrastructure

If your account is terminated for a violation, remaining credits or subscription time are forfeited. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and honor remaining subscription periods or issue prorated refunds.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grass Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grass Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
